Commercial Electronic Message Notice
This notice explains the information and consent principles for commercial electronic messages about Pratix products, trials, plans, campaigns, educational content and product announcements.
1. Service Provider and Contact
Commercial electronic communications for digital SaaS services under the Pratix brand use the service provider details published from the central Business Information area of the management dashboard.
2. Scope
With consent, Pratix may send commercial electronic messages about QR Menu, Online Reservations, dashboard management, customer/user management, payments and subscriptions, AI-powered features, free tools, new modules, campaigns and educational/support content.
These messages may introduce products, help customers explore suitable plans, remind them of paid subscription options after trials, announce new features and help them use Pratix services more effectively.
3. Communication Channels
Depending on the contact details and preferences provided by the user, commercial electronic messages may be sent through:
- Email.
- SMS.
- Phone calls.
- WhatsApp or similar instant messaging channels.
- Dashboard notifications or in-app announcements.
4. Types of Content
- Campaign, plan and pricing information for QR Menu and Online Reservations.
- Reminders about the 14-day trial, subscription renewals, upgrades or adding new applications.
- Announcements about new features, AI-powered tools, reporting, languages, themes and integrations.
- Tips and educational content for restaurants, cafés, service businesses or multi-location use.
- Information about demo requests, sales conversations, offers, campaigns, discounts or special benefits.
- Content about free tools, guides, checklists or the Pratix product ecosystem.
5. Distinction from Transactional Notifications
Notifications necessary to provide services, such as membership, payments, invoices, password resets, subscription status, security alerts, reservation notifications and support responses, may be sent independently of commercial communication consent.
For example, payment results, subscription expiry warnings, system security notices, reservation confirmations, password resets and support replies may not constitute commercial electronic messages and may be necessary to provide the service.
6. Consent Is Optional
Consent to commercial electronic messages is not required to use Pratix services. Withholding consent does not prevent basic service use.
Users may create accounts, use the dashboard, start trials, purchase plans and manage subscriptions without commercial communication consent. They may, however, miss certain campaign, announcement and marketing information.
7. Ways to Give Consent
Consent may be collected through registration, demo request, contact, purchase/checkout, dashboard preferences, campaign or similar explicit consent fields. Checkboxes should allow a deliberate user choice and must not be presented as a mandatory service condition.
Where possible, consent records may retain the time, channel, IP/technical record, form used and consent text version.
8. Right to Opt Out and Withdraw Consent
Users may withdraw consent to commercial electronic messages at any time without giving a reason. Opt-out requests may be submitted through unsubscribe links in messages, SMS opt-out mechanisms, dashboard preferences or info@pratix.net .
After an opt-out request, commercial messages for the relevant channel are stopped within a reasonable time. Transactional notifications necessary to provide the service may continue independently of that opt-out.
9. Managing Communication Preferences
Pratix may provide dashboard areas for managing communication preferences. Users may disable specific channels, change campaign/announcement preferences or withdraw all commercial communication permissions.
- Email campaign notifications may be disabled.
- SMS campaign notifications may be disabled.
- In-dashboard announcements may continue to appear as part of the product experience.
- Support, security, payment and subscription notifications may be sent as required for the service.
10. Use of Personal Data
Names, business names, emails, phone numbers, plan/subscription details, permission status and communication preferences may be processed for commercial electronic messages. This data may be used only to send messages, manage permissions, retain opt-out records, measure campaign performance and fulfill legal obligations.
Details about personal data processing are set out in the KVKK Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy .
11. Third-Party Service Providers
Email infrastructure, SMS providers, notification systems or customer communication tools may be used for commercial electronic messages. Only information necessary to send messages and manage consent/opt-out records is shared with these providers.
12. Retention of Opt-Out Records
Records of granting, changing or withdrawing commercial communication permissions may be kept for the period necessary for compliance, audits and evidence in disputes. Such records may need to be retained to ensure that users who opt out do not receive commercial messages through the relevant channel.
13. Updates
This notice may be updated as Pratix products develop, new channels are added, legislation changes or operational needs arise. The current text takes effect from the date it is published on pratix.net.
14. Contact
