Terms of Use
These terms explain the rules for using the Pratix dashboard and associated QR Menu, Online Reservations, free tools, AI-powered features and other digital SaaS products.
1. Parties and Scope
These Terms of Use apply to everyone who visits the Pratix website, creates an account at panel.pratix.net, starts a demo or trial, purchases a plan, or uses QR Menu, Online Reservations, free tools or other associated Pratix SaaS services.
Pratix provides a dashboard, public application pages, payment/subscription management and support to help restaurants, cafés, service businesses, multi-location businesses and similar commercial users manage their digital operations.
2. Account Creation and User Information
Users are responsible for providing accurate, current information that belongs to them when registering. Incomplete or incorrect business names, authorized contact details, email, phone, billing preparation details or payment information may affect setup, subscription operation or support.
Users are responsible for keeping account information secure. They should not share passwords with third parties and should contact Pratix if unauthorized use is suspected.
3. Permissions and Roles
Different access levels may be defined in the Pratix dashboard, including business owner, manager, staff member, dashboard user or administrator. Each user must act only within their assigned role and permissions.
- Business owners may manage business and subscription settings.
- Business managers may manage the applications and operations they are authorized to access.
- Business staff may act only within modules and screens made available to them.
- Administrators may act within their permissions for system management and support.
4. Use of SaaS Services
- QR Menu is used to manage products, categories, locations, languages, images, prices and themes.
- Online Reservations is used to manage bookings, customer profiles, SMS, tags, groups and reports.
- The dashboard is the central area for customer, business, subscription, plan, payment and user operations.
- AI features may be used only within the relevant plan and its assigned usage quota.
Pratix services are provided digitally. There are no physical products, shipping or manual delivery. Service access is managed through the dashboard according to account, business, application, plan and payment status.
5. Responsibility for Content
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of product names, descriptions, prices, images, allergens, reservation text, SMS content, campaigns and business information. Unlawful or misleading content may be removed or access restricted.
Users agree that all content uploaded to or published through Pratix complies with applicable legislation, consumer information obligations, intellectual property rights, personality rights and third-party rights.
6. QR Menu Rules
Customers manage product prices, category descriptions, product images, allergens, translations, themes and location details in QR Menu. Customers are responsible for keeping published prices and product information current.
Location counts, languages, product limits, theme customization, QR generation, campaign modules, reporting and AI allowances may be limited by the plan.
7. Online Reservations Rules
Online Reservations manages dates, times, party sizes, customer contact details, booking notes, statuses and notifications. Customers are responsible for monitoring bookings, informing their customers accurately and managing necessary cancellations or changes.
SMS, email and similar notifications may depend on provider availability, plan coverage, quotas/limits and system settings.
8. Subscriptions, Plans and Limits
Location, language, user, AI quota, reporting and QR generation limits are applied according to the subscription details shown in the dashboard. Plan changes and renewals may become effective when payment is completed.
Pratix plans may be offered monthly, annually or for other periods shown at checkout. Plan coverage, prices, limits and campaigns may change over time. The plan and price applicable at purchase are also shown at checkout.
For products offering a trial, payment may be required to continue after the trial ends. Non-payment, subscription expiry or cancellation may restrict access to the relevant application.
9. Payment and Card Security
Payments through Pratix may be collected through PayTR or secure payment providers announced by Pratix. Credit card numbers, expiry dates and CVV details are not stored in Pratix systems, viewed manually or held in its database.
Payment approvals, refunds, cancellations, errors and bank/provider delays are tracked through dashboard records and payment provider notifications.
10. AI-Powered Features
Pratix may offer product description suggestions, text editing, image enhancement or similar AI-powered features in eligible plans. AI outputs are suggestions; customers should review and, where necessary, edit them before publishing.
Users should not enter unnecessary information into AI features, such as customer names, phone numbers, emails, private health/tax information, payment details or sensitive personal data belonging to third parties. AI use may be restricted by plan quotas and security limits.
11. Prohibited Uses
Spam, phishing, malware, misleading payment redirects, unlawful product/service promotion, content infringing third-party rights and use that compromises system security are prohibited.
- Unauthorized access attempts, vulnerability exploitation and automation that increases system load are not permitted.
- Information belonging to another person or business may not be used without permission.
- False, misleading, unlawful or consumer-deceptive content may not be published.
- Pratix infrastructure may not be used for spam, bulk unsolicited communications or malicious link distribution.
- Attempts to deceive payment systems, abuse refunds or create fraudulent transactions are prohibited.
12. Suspension and Termination
Access to an account, business or application may be restricted temporarily or permanently for payment violations, misuse, security risks, unlawful content or misleading information provided during support.
Upon suspension or termination, payment, refund, invoice, subscription, security and audit records may be retained to meet legal and operational requirements. Deletion or anonymization requests are assessed separately under KVKK and data retention procedures.
13. Service Continuity and Maintenance
Pratix exercises reasonable care to keep services operating without interruptions or errors. Temporary interruptions may nevertheless arise from internet infrastructure, hosting, payment or SMS/email providers, third-party services, maintenance, security checks or force majeure.
Temporary service restrictions may be applied for planned maintenance, critical updates or security interventions.
14. Intellectual Property
The Pratix brand, software interfaces, design components, source code, dashboard structure, documentation, visual identity and system architecture belong to Pratix or the respective rights holders. Users receive only the right to use the service for their subscription term and within their plan.
Customers retain rights to their own product images, menu content, business information and reservation data, but agree to grant the permission necessary to process, store and publish that content within Pratix services.
15. Data, Privacy and KVKK
Pratix processes user, business, payment, subscription, support, QR Menu and Online Reservations data to provide services, ensure security, offer support, handle payments/invoices and fulfill legal obligations. Details about personal data are set out in the KVKK Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy .
16. Cancellation, Refunds and Plan Changes
Subscription cancellations, refund requests, partial and full refunds, upgrades, downgrades and renewals are assessed according to the product, plan, payment status and usage period. Details are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy and Distance Sales Agreement .
17. Support and Notifications
Requests about usage, payments, subscriptions, technical support, security or data may be sent to info@pratix.net . Pratix may send transactional notifications by email, SMS, dashboard notification or phone.
18. Changes
Pratix may update these Terms of Use as products develop, legislation changes, new modules are added or operational needs arise. Updated terms take effect from the date they are published on pratix.net.
19. Acceptance
By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a plan, using the dashboard or continuing to use Pratix services, users declare that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Use.
